No Fix No Fee policy
Our No fix No Fee policy applies to consoles that are brought to our premises, if we can not repair your device there will be no charge - However if the order is collected by our chosen couriers and can not be repaired, there will be a £10 deduction from your refund to cover return shipping and handling charges
Who will collect my package?
National Collection & Delivery throuout the UK using National next day Courier service. No printer required. Please ensure a sturdy box and sufficient padding is used - **Collections are between 9 - 6 pm Mon - Fri - CONSOLE MUST BE PACKED
Why are your prices much lower than the rest?
We do not have expensive overheads and so we can pass these savings on to our customers. We aim to provide a cheap and reliable service our customer would be happy to recommend.
I have a faulty console, will you buy it?
Unfortunately we are not currently accepting anymore consoles. Pleases check back soon as we will soon be accepting all models of faulty console and paying competitive prices
Are my details safe?
To ensure that our customers feel as safe as possible we only accept online payments online via Nexpay checkout,where payments are protected by verified by visa and secure mastercard guarantees and processed on their servers
How does it work?
Simply book which type of repair you require and select which day you would like to courier to collect your package.
During checkout you will have a chance to provide collection/delivery addresses - Once processed we shall provide you with courier tracking details to track your package. Within 2 days we shall provide you with return tracking information and return your device

Any other parts required other than those stated during the booking process are chargable - please read read repair description

Laptop keyboard replacement: £14.99 + £29.99 for installation
System restore / Virus issues = £39.99
